Thrivesu uses Google's official OAuth to securely connect to your Google Business Profile. Simply click "Connect Google" and authorize access. We only request read permissions for reviews - we never modify your business data.
Can I manage multiple business locations?
Yes! Our Pro and Premium plans support multiple locations. Each location can have its own widgets and settings, while you manage everything from a single dashboard.
How often are reviews synced?
Sync frequency depends on your plan. Free Trial syncs daily, Basic syncs every 12 hours, Pro every 6 hours, and Premium offers real-time sync. You can also manually sync anytime.
Can I customize the review widgets?
Absolutely! Our widget builder lets you customize colors, layouts (grid, carousel, list, badge, floating), fonts, and which reviews to display. You can also select featured reviews manually.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
